Do I Need a Booking?​

We recommend making a reservation to avoid disappointment, though we always reserve some space for walk-ins.

How Do I Book?​

To make a direct booking, click the 'BOOK NOW' bottom. For groups of 10 or more or private events, please email us at soho@elpollote.co.uk, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Is your fried chicken gluten free? â€‹

Yes, our fried chicken is gluten-free. In fact most of our menu is gluten-free, except for our burger buns, tequeños, and churros. Please make sure to ask your server for details.

Is Your Chicken Halal?​

Yes, all our beef and chicken are Halal.

​

 

Do You Accept Cash?​

Yes, we do.

 

​

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?​

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Table Allocation​

While we strive to meet your requests, table allocation is done upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed in advance. For group bookings of 10 or more, tables may be split across two or more adjacent tables due to our venue layout.

Group Events​

For groups of 16 or more, email soho@elpollote.co.uk to make arrangements. Smaller groups can book directly via our 'Reservations' page.

Are Dogs/Pets Allowed on the Premises?​

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to health and safety regulations.

Do You Have Disabled Access?​

We can accommodate guests on the ground floor. However, please note that our restaurant is quite small, and the toilets are located in the basement. If you have specific access needs, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to assist you.

Are Kids Allowed in the Venue?​

Yes, children are welcome. However, please be aware that our restaurant is quite small, and we do not have space for prams or high chairs. Additionally, the environment can be quite loud, which might not be ideal for very young children.

Do You Offer Takeaway?​

We offer delivery through Deliveroo, and you’re welcome to order for collection as well trough our click and collect page.

Do You Have a Vegan Menu?​

Vegan options are marked with 'VG' next to the dish on our menu.
